Hotel Accommodations

Take advantage of discounted Congress hotel rates by making your reservation in an SCCM hotel room block. All reservations are subject to availability. The deadline for booking a group reservation at discounted SCCM rates is Monday, February 2, 2026.

If you need to modify your existing reservation, please contact the hotel directly.

The Congress Exhibit Hall opens on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. Central Time. All booths must be set up by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Please keep this in mind when making hotel and travel arrangements.

All hotel reservations for the 2026 Critical Care Congress should be made directly through one of SCCM’s officially contracted hotels. Booking directly ensures you are working with a vetted property and that you will benefit from all services provided to Congress attendees at the official hotels. Please contact the hotel directly regarding payment to secure your room block. Do not provide credit card or other payment information to any unauthorized party.

Please note: There is no housing company for this event. Fake housing companies are approaching registrants with fraudulent offers of hotel rooms at significant discounts.
