El Paso Children’s Hospital provides the highest level of pediatric care in West Texas. The El Paso community began working towards a dedicated children’s hospital in the mid-80s. That dream became a reality in 2012 with a facility designed exclusively for pediatric healthcare. El Paso Children’s Hospital is the region’s only separately-licensed, not-for-profit children’s specialty hospital servicing patients across a 350-mile radius. It features 148 beds—all in large private rooms with enough space for families. As a teaching hospital, it is filled with state-of-the-art equipment and programs designed just for children. Our hospital is home to over 50 pediatric subspecialists and over 600 credentialed pediatric physicians across all specialties.
