Lungpacer Medical

Lungpacer Medical develops first-of-a-kind neuromodulation technologies to support critical care patients on invasive mechanical ventilation.  The commercially-available AeroPace temporary transvenous diaphragm neurostimulation catheter stimulates the phrenic nerves to activate and strength the diaphragm muscle during ventilation.  It can be placed bedside similar to a central venous line.  AeroPace is indicated to improve ventilator weaning for patients on MV > 96h.
