WFPICCS is the global federation uniting pediatric intensive and critical care societies with one shared goal – improving outcomes for critically ill and injured children, everywhere.

We bring together 45 national, regional, and international societies, representing more than 100,000 physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals worldwide. Through international research networks, free educational initiatives, and our flagship World Congress, we create spaces where collaboration turns into real-world impact.

In 2026, our World Congress will take place on September 26 in Melbourne, continuing our mission to connect global expertise with local practice.

WFPICCS is also the proud publisher of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, our official journal, offering high-quality scientific content with selected article abstracts available in six languages, making critical care knowledge accessible across borders.
