Excellence in critical care requires a structured approach to QI initiatives. This hands-on workshop will equip healthcare professionals with practical skills for designing, implementing, and sustaining QI projects in the ICU. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and expert-led discussions, participants will learn evidence-based strategies to enhance patient outcomes, streamline workflows, and drive meaningful change. This highly interactive session will bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, incorporating the following educational methods: brief didactic sessions to introduce key quality improvement concepts and methodologies; hands-on exercises in which participants will apply QI tools to simulated ICU scenarios; case study analyses of successful critical care QI projects, highlighting challenges, lessons learned, and best practices; panel discussion with QI experts who will share insights on overcoming implementation barriers.
