Join a casual, peer-driven conversation aimed at creating a space for residents, fellows, early-career clinicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and educators to discuss how they found, or are still figuring out, their critical care interest. This session will encompass clinical and research niches and will highlight the variety of subspecialties such as trauma, neurology, and cardiology, among others. The discussion will include those who have not pursued formal fellowships but have still carved out meaningful roles in the field. This will be a casual, peer-driven conversation aimed at helping attendees reflect on their own path and learn from others.
