My name is Indira Reid, AGACNP-BC, CCRN. I entered the world of medicine after graduating with my bachelors in Nursing from UNC-Greenboro. For several year, I pacticed as a bedside nurse in the Medical ICU at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, North Carolina. While practiing, I applied and was granted access to further my educatioin at Duke in Durham, NC . I succcessfully graduated with my masters in nursing science as an acute care nurse practitioner. Since graduation, I have been in practice in the combined medical and cardiac ICU at High Point Medical Center in High Point, NC. In the fall, I am planning to transition to Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist with the Interventional Radiology department to continue to provide competent and compassionate care.
