Elizabeth Scruth RN PhD MPH CCNS CCRN CPHQ FCCM FCNS FAAN is the NCAL Kaiser Permanente Executive Director for Clinical Quality Programs, Data Analytics and Tele Critical Care. Elizabeth ( Lizzie) is a Clinical Nurse Specialist and is currently the past chair of the Certification Board of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Lizzie is an editor for the Australian Critical Care Nursing Journal and section editor for the CNS Journal of Advanced Practice. Lizzie also serves on the editorial board of the Critical Care Medicine Journal. Lizzie has authored numerous publications including guidelines through SCCM committees. Currently Lizzie is on the Tele Critical Care Education and Research sub committees.
