Dr. Rincon leads efforts to aimed at creating innovative ways to improve quality of clinical care by examining and incorporating social determinants of health, healthcare outcomes, financial, and service utilization data to support comprehensive community and health system needs assessments. Her approaches are targeted at deploying sustainable telehealth services across the care continuum. She brings virtual and digital health care operations expertise in ambulatory and specialty care, critical care, acute care, chronic health management, emergency services, stroke, general neurology, epilepsy, various pediatric specialty services, NICU, PICU, dermatology, behavioral-mental health (substance abuse treatment, suicide prevention, autism, depression…), post-op follow-up, virtual sitter, and patient-to-family communications. She has worked with organizations to evaluate telehealth services in urban, suburban, and rural settings in hundreds of counties across the country. She also participates regularly in evaluating health information systems, vendor platforms, devices, and tools from a design, usability, and user experience perspective. She is currently the Vice President of Clinical Services at PreBorn! at non-profit, faith-based organization focused on supporting free and charitable clinics in saving babies and saving souls.
