Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai

I am a physician-scientist and executive with expertise in Reinforcement Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Clinical Informatics, Critical Care Medicine, and Nephrology. At the Mount Sinai Health System, I serve as Associate CMIO for AI and Critical Care and Director of the Mount Sinai AI Assurance Lab. At the Institute for Critical Care Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, I serve as System Director of Research, Technology and Innovation and Director of Artificial Intelligence and Informatics. I am also a Principal Investigator at the Augmented Intelligence in Medicine and Science Lab at Mount Sinai in New York, NY.

In these roles, I drive pioneering research, implementation, and integration of Artificial Intelligence and Informatics to advance clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.
