Marina Rabinovich, PharmD, BCPS, FCCM is the Drug Information/Medication Use Coordinator and Director of the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program at Grady Memorial Hospital .From 2006–2025, she served as the Critical Care Pharmacy Specialist in the Medical ICU, training residents and students while advancing care in sepsis, glycemic control, alcohol withdrawal, and ICU delirium management. Dr. Rabinovich helped establish Georgia’s first multi-professional Post-ICU Care Clinic and co-directs the Southeastern Critical Care Summit. She is active on hospital committees for anticoagulation, glycemic management, sepsis care, and medication safety, and contributes to GSHP and SCCM, where she is a past Southeast Chapter President and current member of the ICU Liberation committee. Passionate about mentorship, research, and quality improvement, she continues to advocate for pharmacy’s role in critical care and post-ICU recovery.
