John J Radosevich PharmD, BCCCP, BCPS, is a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in the medical intensive care unit at St Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center (SJHMC), Phoenix, Arizona. He also acts as the Critical Care PGY2 Pharmacy Residency Program director at SJHMC. John currently leads the social media charge for the Patient Safety Committe of the Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology (CPP) section for SCCM.
