Jenn Murphy, MSN, RN, CCRN, serves as the Pediatric Resuscitation Program Manager at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital, an academic medical center in Syracuse, New York. With more than 15 years of experience in pediatric critical care, Jenn leads institutional efforts to strengthen pediatric resuscitation systems and improve outcomes for critically ill and injured children.
In her role, Jenn oversees all pediatric medical emergency activations and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to enhance emergency recognition, team performance, and patient outcomes. Her program is an active participant in the pediRES-Q Collaborative and the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines®–Resuscitation program, leveraging data and national benchmarking to drive continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
Jenn is passionate about empowering frontline teams through education, simulation, and process improvement to deliver the highest quality care.
