Dr Cindy is a PGY-2 Internal Medicine resident at Carle Foundation Hospital where she is actively involved in care of the broad range of medical conditions affecting adult patients, inccluding critical care. She earned her MBChB degree from the University of Cape Coast School of Medical Sciences. She completed clinical rotations and electives in the intensive care unit which fostered her interest in the multidisciplinary care of patients.
In her free time, Dr Cindy enjoys mentoring junior residents, medical students, as well as pre-residency applicants. She also loves to stay current on advances that bridgeinternal medicine and critical care. Outside of clinical work, you can find her at dance parties in town or at a brunch with friends and colleagues.
She is excited to engage with colleagues at the congress, exchange ideas across specialties and contribute to improving care to critically ill adults.
