Jeffrey Fish, PharmD, RPh, FCCM (he/him/his)

UW Hospital and Clinics, Wisconsin

Dr. Jeffrey Fish, Pharm.D., FCCM, BCCCP is a clinical pharmacist in the medical/surgical intensive care unit at UW Health-University Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. He serves as a clinical associate professor with the University of Wisconsin, School of Pharmacy. He was recognized as a Fellow in the Society of Critical Care Medicine in 2017. Dr. Fish earned his Board Certification in Critical Care Pharmacy in 2015 and was awarded Master Preceptor by AACP in 2017.
