Karina Hiroshige is an MD/MBA candidate at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She is currently a research fellow in the Division of Traumatology, Surgical Critical Care, and Emergency Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research interests include trauma resuscitation, machine learning applications in trauma care, community-based interventions, and the history of combat casualty care.
