Diana W. Mulherin, PharmD, BCNSP, BCCCP, FCCM, FASPEN is a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist on the Adult Nutrition Support Team at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia, South Carolina and a PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center/Regional Medical Center at Memphis in Memphis, TN. She is board certified in Nutrition Support and Critical Care and a Fellow of the American College of Critical Care Medicine and ASPEN. Her research and practice interests include nutrition support in critically ill adults, management of micronutrient deficiencies, PN safety, and clinician knowledge gaps in PN management. She is passionate about improving nutrition education for ICU clinicians and co-founded @ConsultNutritionSupport to address gaps in interdisciplinary nutrition training. She has spoken professionally and has authored numerous book chapters and journal articles pertinent to critical care and nutrition.
