Khalille Julia B. Villaruel-Farol, MD
Dr. Khalille Julia B. Villaruel-Farol is a board-certified internist and a Critical Care Medicine specialist who completed her fellowship training at Asian Hospital and Medical Center. She is actively involved in intensive care practice, education, and research, with particular interests in healthcare-associated infections, sepsis, shock, and ICU quality improvement.
Dr. Villaruel-Farol has been engaged in clinical research focusing on central line-associated bloodstream infections (CLABSI) and infection prevention strategies in the intensive care unit. She regularly participates in academic conferences, multidisciplinary case discussions, and continuing medical education activities. In addition to her clinical work, she is passionate about teaching and mentoring junior physicians and allied healthcare professionals.
She currently practices as a consultant intensivist and is involved in various educational and clinical initiatives aimed at improving critical care delivery and patient outcomes.
