Hannah Davis, PharmD, RPh

Indiana

Hannah Davis is a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident at Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, MI. She completed her PGY1 residency at Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, IN and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Manchester University. Her professional interests include neurocritical care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and optimizing outcomes in the ICU through evidence-based pharmacotherapy. Hannah is passionate about advancing the role of pharmacists in critical care and is excited to connect with colleagues at SCCM.
