Desiree Kosmisky, PharmD, BCCCP, FCCM is a Clinical Phramacy Specialist in Critical Care at Atrium Health Cabarrus and Atrium Health Virtual Critical Care. She received her PharmD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Carolinas Medical Center followed by a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. In 2015, along with her colleague Sonia Everhart, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, FCCM, she established the tele-critical care (TCC) pharmacy program at Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC. Desiree is involved in the Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology Section’s Patient Safety and Communications committees, the Telecritical Care Medicine Section, and the ICU Libeation Committee.
