Jordon Ellison, PharmD is the current PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO, where she helps provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients across a variety of high-acuity settings. Jordon completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at the same institution, developing a strong foundation in evidence-based medication management, interprofessional collaboration, and clinical leadership. Jordon earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy in 2024.
Throughout her training, Jordon has developed particular professional interests in cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery, with a focus on optimizing pharmacologic strategies for patients requiring advanced cardiac support. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Jordon is committed to continuous learning and aims to further her expertise through research, guideline implementation, and precepting activities.
Outside of professional pursuits, Jordon enjoys traveling with her husband and two dogs, and spending time with family. She values exploring new places, experiencing local culture, and finding new opportunities to recharge outside of the hospital. Jordon looks forward to continuing her development as a clinician and advancing the practice of critical care pharmacy to improve patient care.
