Anastasia Ahern, PharmD, is an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist at Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Ahern earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Jefferson College of Pharmacy. Her clinical practice focuses on neurocritical care and stroke management. Her professional interests include optimization of pharmacotherapy in patients with neurologic injury, sedation and analgesia practices, and interprofessional education.
