Fatimah Cheaito, PharmD

Henry Ford Hospital, Michigan

Fatimah Cheaito, PharmD is a licensed pharmacist in the state of Michigan. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Wayne State University. She completed her post graduate year 1 (PGY-1) training, Pharmacy Practice Residency at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital and her post graduate year 2 (PGY-2) pharmacy residency in critical care at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. She is now a practicing critical care pharmacy generalist at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
