My name is Bair Diamond, MD, MS and I am a second year PCCM fellow at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Clinically, I am interested in neurological outcomes following severe traumatic brain injury, as well as sepsis and shock. Academically, I enjoy teaching residents, facilitating simulation, and working with large database research, like the ADAPT study I am presenting at SCCM '26. My QI project blends my interest in optimizing neurological outcomes with my love of teaching in an effort to improve our PICU's CPR quality via frequent, brief, in-situ chest compression practice.
