Tate Coleman, PharmD (he/him/his)

University of Kentucky Albert B Chandler Hospital, Kentucky

Tate Coleman is a PGY2 in Critical Care Pharmacy Resident at UK HealthCare. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati and completed a PGY1 in Acute Care also at UK Healthcare. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Tate is one of the chief residents of the pharmacy program at UK as well as involved in the Epic Optimization Committee.
