Jordi J. Morgan, MD, is a Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Fellow at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). His clinical work spans the pediatric and cardiovascular intensive care units at Doernbecher Children's Hospital, and his research focuses on early, noninvasive detection of cerebral edema in pediatric diabetic ketoacidosis using optic nerve sheath diameter and quantitative pupillometry.
Dr. Morgan completed his medical degree at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine and pediatrics residency at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School in Worcester. His academic interests include neurocritical care, DKA management, and the development of practical diagnostic tools to improve early recognition of critical illness. He is pursuing a career that integrates clinical care, education, and translational research in pediatric critical care.
