Hillary Bradley, PharmD, is the Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator for the Hartford HealthCare Central Region. She previously served as the surgical intensive care unit pharmacist at Hartford Hospital, where she practiced from 2020 to 2024 following completion of her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Hartford Hospital. During her time in the surgical ICU, Dr. Bradley developed focused expertise in pain management, sedation and delirium management, and anticoagulation, and she remains deeply committed to optimizing pharmacotherapy for critically ill patients.
Her primary clinical and research interests center on sedation management in the ICU, with a particular focus on strategies to support safe transitions off continuous sedative infusions. Dr. Bradley is presenting her research, “Effect of Enteral Clonidine versus Guanfacine on Dexmedetomidine Withdrawal in Critically Ill Patients,” based on work completed during her tenure as the surgical ICU pharmacist.
