Shaun L. Thompson, MD

Nebraska Medicine - Nebraska Medical Center

Shaun L. Thompson, MD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Along with his anesthesiology duties, he also serves in the Division of Critical Care Medicine where he is the current program director for the Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine fellowship at UNMC. His primary interests include echocardiography, point of care ultrasound, and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. He is currently a member of the Graduate Medical Education Committee for the SCCM and is heavily involved with the Anesthesiology section of the SCCM with the Communications Committee.
