Ramzy H Rimawi, MD
Assitant Professor
Emory University School of Medicine
After completing my Internal Medicine residency training and board certification in 2011, I then completed fellowship training in both Infectious Disease and Critical Care Medicine prior to joining Emory in 2014 as an Assistant Professor department of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Sleep, and Allergy Medicine. I chair the CPR/Resuscitation at Emory University Hospital Midtown and sit on multiple other institutional committees, including the critical care, infection control, Pharmacy & Therapeutics, and CLABSI-HAQ committees. I have an active interest and aptitude for teaching medical students, residents, fellows, and PA students. I am an active lecturer on antibiotics, diagnosis and management of common and uncommon ICU infections, sepsis, ACLS and mechanical ventilation. I mentor fellows seeking dual Infectious Disease and Critical Care training.
