Dr. Ann Marie B. Prazak, PharmD BCPS BCCCP is a Clinical Pharmacist at the University of Utah Health and PeaceHealth. She has over 15 years of experience in critical care and served as the pharmacist team lead for the University of Utah Burn Center for 10 years. She is a graduate of the University of Houston College of Pharmacy and completed both her PGY-1 and PGY-2 Critical Care residencies at the University of Utah. Her research interests include pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic optimization of medications in patients with augmented clearance. Dr. Prazak previously served as the PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency Program Director at the University of Utah Health and on the Post Graduate and Fellowship Education Committee with SCCM.
