Heather Personett May, PharmD, MSc, FCCM, is a critical care pharmacist and an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Pharmacy at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. After receiving her PharmD from Drake University, she completed clinical pharmacy residencies at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and earned her Masters in Clinical and Translational Science from the Mayo Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Dr. May's clinical practice expertise and research program is focused on improving supportive care for acutely ill, immunocompromised patients and survivors of acute kidney injury. She is actively involved in multidisciplinary organizations and research collaborations and has been recognized as a Fellow in the American Collge of Critical Care Medicine.
