Beth Wathen MSN RN CCRN is the Codes Program Manager at th CHildren's Hospital of Colorado. She oversees escalation of care improvement work, as well as response to medical emergencies across CHCO's system of care. She leads improvement work, in partnership with site and department level leaders, focusing on optimizing response to code events as well as driving improvement in patient outcomes after in-hospital cardiopulmonary arrests.
