Dr. Koushik Kondapi is a second-year Internal Medicine resident at Rush University Medical Center who is interested in a career in Critical Care medicine and medical education. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He is passionate about advancing medical education at the medical student and resident levels, with a focus on mentorship and creating effective, learner-centered training environments. His academic interests include curriculum development, educational innovation, and the transition from medical school to residency training. He remains actively involved in teaching and mentorship in his residency program, working to foster a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement among trainees. Outside of medicine, his hobbies include tennis, traveling, and exploring Chicago restaurants.
