My name is Marylou "Mari" Adarmes-Garcia and I am a critical care nurse practitioner at Nemours Children's hospital PICU in Orldando, Fl. I have grown up in healthcare holding many different titles including medical assistant, EMT, Army medic, Paramedic- Firefighter, Registered Nurse, and now Nurse Practitioner. My experience in life has taken me from helping deliver and care for extremely premature newborns to rescuing people from burning cars to taking care of soldiers on the field. Helping people through some of the most difficult times of their lives has molded me into the strong, responsible, caring, albeit anxious person I am today and I could not be more blessed to have touched so many lives.
