Duke University Medical Center
Mr. Miller is the Associate Director of Respiratory Care Research for the Division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, a pediatric Respiratory Care Practitioner and ECMO Specialist at Duke University Medical Center, and adjunct professor at Thomas Jefferson University. He is focused on pediatric critical care and his current research interests include ventilator liberation, advanced airway management, critical asthma, and respiratory therapist well-being. He has earned fellowship in both the American Association for Respiratory Care and Society of Critical Care Medicine. He has lectured nationally and internationally on a variety of respiratory care topics. He has authored over 100 peer reviewed publications, serves as a section editor for Respiratory Care, editorial board member for Respiratory Care Reports, and editorial board member for Frontiers in Physiology. He also chairs, co-chairs, or serves on various internal and external committees related to respiratory care.
