Shan Wang, BS, PharmD, BCCCP, BCPS, FCCM is Director of Pharmacy Residency at NYU Langone Hospital – Long Island in Mineola, NY. Dr. Wang is also a Clinical Pharmacotherapy Specialist in Critical Care for 24 years. Dr. Wang oversees the clinical pharmacy services and educations at NYU Langone Hospital – Long Island. Her research interests include antibiotic use in critically ill patients, anticoagulant use in critically ill patients, as well pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics in critically ill patients. Dr. Wang is specialized in pharmacotherapy in Trauma patient population. She is a Fellow of American College of Critical Care Medicine (FCCM). She is a board certified critical care pharmacist (BCCCP) as well as board certified in pharmacotherapy (BCPS). Dr. Wang directs a team of clinical pharmacists and PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents to provide optimal pharmaceutical care to hospitalized patients.
