Benjamin Winters, BS

Texas Christian University

Benjamin Winters, BS, is a third-year medical student at the Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he conducted research on brain injury and neurorehabilitation. His academic and research interests center on anesthesia and critical care, with ongoing projects examining pain and sedation management in the emergency department, the safety of hypertonic saline administration, and surgical outcomes. He plans to apply to anesthesiology residency with the long-term goal of completing dual fellowships in critical care and cardiovascular anesthesia.
