Lea Callcott, DNP, APRN, AGACNP-BC
Lea Callcott is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) who graduated from Baylor University with her AGACNP degree. Her doctoral project focused on reducing and preventing PEG tube dislodgment in postoperative patients through targeted nurse education and standardized clinical practices. Lea is committed to improving patient outcomes, advancing evidence-based care, and strengthening quality and safety within acute and critical care settings. She is completing a critical care NP fellowship in Greenville, South Carolina, where she continues to expand her clinical expertise and leadership in high-acuity patient care.
