Amro Al-Omari, MD, is a second-year Internal Medicine resident at Trinity Health Livonia / Wayne State University in Michigan. He earned his medical degree from the Jordan University of Science and Technology (Class of 2021). Dr. Al-Omari’s academic and research interests center on Internal Medicine and Critical Care, with a focus on optimizing outcomes for hospitalized and critically ill patients.
He is actively involved in multiple hospital committees, including the Sepsis and Antimicrobial Stewardship Committees, where he contributes to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety and clinical outcomes. Dr. Al-Omari is also dedicated to medical education, participating in the teaching and mentorship of medical students. Beyond his clinical and academic roles, he maintains a strong interest in community outreach and health advocacy.
Dr. Omari aspires to pursue fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and to continue advancing evidence-based practice through clinical research and multidisciplinary collaboration.
