My name is Olivia Gould, DO and I am a pediatric critical care fellow at Children's National Hospital in DC. I have developed an interest in organ donation, communication, and medical education with a particular focus on pediatric donation after circulatory death for my major fellowship research project. Additionally, I am the sole fellow member of the organ donation council and helped orchestrate the hospital's organ donation mega sim day, under the guidance of my incredible mentors. My proudest accomplishment so far is becoming a mother to my two beautiful children during fellowship, who have taught me so much more about how to be a good doctor than I ever anticipated.
