Peter Jensen, MS (he/him/his)

I am Peter Jensen a current MD candidate at University of Maryland School of Medicine with an M.S. in bioengineering. During my master’s, I conducted research in a musculoskeletal tissue engineering lab, engineering a novel smart biomaterial that is adaptive to its environment. This material is capable of biocompatibility, cell adhesion, 3D bioprinting, and changing size based on its physiological environment. Alongside my education I worked as an EMT providing me experience with a broad spectrum of medical treatment. With my expertise and previous clinical experience, I am excited to see how they enhance my medical training and clinical research.
