Marie Mercier, MSN, APRN, AGCNS-BC, NEA-BC
Ms. Mercier is the Director of Nursing of Advocate Health’s southeast tele-critical care program. She is dual-certified as a Nurse Executive and an Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist. She has held a variety of positions over 30 years in clinical and administrative roles including regulatory, quality, research, patient safety, critical care, and was a Magnet Program Director. Ms. Mercier is a Fellow of the American Hospital Association’s Patient Safety Leader Fellowship and a North Carolina Great 100 recipient. She has published and presented her work on Just Culture, fall prevention, incontinence care, tele-ICU nursing, and integrative nursing. Her passions involve actions that build the next generation of leaders.
