Hugues Yver, MD is currently a clinical fellow in the UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship and a T32 research fellow at the Safar Center for Resuscitation Research at the University of Pittsburgh. He received a Bachelor of Science in Physiology with first-class honors from McGill University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to fellowship, he completed pediatrics residency at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. His research is focused on the use of blood-based biomarkers and the development of multimodal assessment tools for neuroprognostication in children after a cardiac arrest, under the mentorship of Dr. Ericka Fink.
