Dr. Ettinger is a passionate academic and clinician educator who currently serves as the Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship Program Director for Children's Heathcare of Atlanta-Egleston/Emory University School of Medicine. His focus revolves around educating trainees at all levels, providing excellent care to critically ill children, and enhancing and improving patient safety in the ICU. As a former US Peace Corps volunteer, Dr. Ettinger has a long-term interest in global health, specifically in pediatric critical care capacity development, education and training to improve acute recognition, and early intervention skills for the care of severely ill hospitalized children in resource limited settings.
