The promise of clinical decision support, electronic health record (EHR) optimizations, and AI/ML-driven insights in critical care is enormous—but successful implementation remains a major challenge. Many hospitals invest in advanced health information technology tools, yet clinicians still struggle with alert fatigue, fragmented data, and inefficient workflows. The key to making these technologies effective is not just developing better algorithms—it is ensuring seamless integration, clinician adoption, and real-time data usability at the bedside. This session will focus on practical implementation strategies for deploying next-generation decision support tools, optimizing EHR workflows, and scaling AI/ML models in critical care settings.
