This session will provide an overview of implementation science principles as they apply to critical care settings, focusing on translating guidelines and evidence into practice. Speakers will outline how to navigate the processes of implementing new protocols, from stakeholder engagement to evaluation. Strategies for securing buy-in from key stakeholders and overcoming resistance to ensure sustainable change in critical care practices despite alarm fatigue and AI errors will be emphasized.
