Dr. Ariel P. Santos, MD, MPH, FACS, FRCSC, FCCM, is a Professor and Peter C. Canizaro Chair of the Department of Surgery at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with sub-specialty in Trauma, Acute Care Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.He is the Director of Telemedicine of TTUHSC School of Medicine and the Principal Investigator for Texas-Louisiana Telemedicine Resource Center. He is the Chair of the SCCM Surgery Section and member of SCCM Texas Chapter, SCCM Program Committee, SCCM Surgery Section Steering Committee, Education Committee and Patient Safety Committee.
