Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital
Brittany Rouchou, MD, MPH is a third year pediatric critical care medicine fellow at Case Western/University Hospitals/Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed her residency and chief residency at Jefferson Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA followed by a PICU hospitalist year at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She chose to work for another year as a PICU hospitalist at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO and uncovered her passion within critical care was building relationships with families, leading difficult conversations, and debriefing. She pursued a palliative care fellowship at The University of Kansas/Children's Mercy Hospital prior to (finally!) training in pediatric critical care. In her free time, Brittany enjoys traveling with her husband and 1 year old son.
