Sameer Ahmad, BKin is a second-year medical student at the University of Saskatchewan. He is currently conducting research in critical care medicine under the supervision of Dr. Eric Sy, focusing on patient- and family-centered care and interprofessional communication in intensive care units. Sameer has a background in cardiovascular and metabolic health research and has held multiple leadership roles within medical education and student interest groups. His academic interests include qualitative research and improving patient and family engagement in clinical settings.
