Laxmi Manasa Vemuri, DO is a PGY-3 Pediatric Chief Resident at Wellstar Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. She grew up in Pembroke Pines, FL and attended medical school at Kansas City University in Joplin, MO. The PICU Sleep Protocol was inspired by her passion to improve quality care for critically ill patients within the ICU. She aspires for a career in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
